Description:
This goal generates files that are required in a CDM parcel. It
creates a parcel.json and a dummy env_script.
Attributes:
- Requires a Maven project to be executed.
- Binds by default to the lifecycle phase: generate-resources.
- Invokes the execution of the lifecycle phase generate-resources prior to executing itself.
